| Question: | What are the different customer types? |
| Answer: | There are 4 different customer types: Guest, Basic, Premium, & VIP You are considered a Guest User if you have NOT registered and have not created a free account. Basic members are registered users with confirmed email addresses. Premium members are registered, verified users who have added a payment method to their account VIP members are members who pay a reoccurring monthly fee and gain the additional benefits listed below. There are three options to pay for the VIP membership. A $39.95 option for a 30 day membership plus 150 credits free. Renews every 30 days until cancelled. A $99.95 option for a 3 month membership plus 450 credits free. Does not renew. A 179.95 option for a 6 month membership plus 900 credits free. Does not renew.
